You will be put in contact with a well proven mortgage loan officer to evaluate your ability to buy, and to give you an initial Pre-Qualifying Certificate. It is a starting point for you to compare with other lenders of your choice to know what you can or want to afford. This certificate is important to include with a Sale Agreement offer. Your Exclusive Buyer’s Agent knows all the ins and outs of negotiations, provides you with all the necessary information you need to make good decisions. The agent will write a strong and detailed Sale Agreement offer to protect only your best interests.
