Terry,

Yes, you served us well!  Thank you.  Wow, could I possibly think of  . . . 

 . . . any improvements?  The only trouble I think I ever had was my own self.  I am terribly shy and timid at times.  I've fought it my whole life.  There were a few times when I never really got my point across I think.  I tried to explain an idea or a list of options and then the next time we talked it would come up again and would sound like a brand new idea.  We worked it out though.  We finally found a great place and we are really happy.  As for encouragement, You were great!  You were very accommodating, you drove all over the countryside with us, and were really a lot of fun.  You are both very kind and a lot of fun to talk to.  That's great because we did a lot of talking!  You never let it sound like we were annoying you or that you were too busy for us.  For me that's great!  It was a pleasure working with both of you and I'm a little sad that we won't have an excuse to chat now.
