The buyer always makes the decisions, after being fully informed by their Exclusive Buyer’s Agent during many “Summit Meetings”. The buyer does not pay an initial retainer to our company. Many home buyers don’t realize that the SELLER most always pays the compensation to the buyer’s agent. We feel that we always do what we say we will do and we give a signed pledge of our duties to our clients. When we do what we say we will do, compensation will come and be well earned. Our clients never complain about our being compensated, because of the amount of time and representation they receive.
